INTERNATIONAL ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SALE OF ANY WEAPONS OR FUNCTIONAL WEAPONS COMPONENTS FOR EXPORT:

1) G.S.E Inc. must receive an order on customer's letterhead or other such official document and it must bear the customer's signature.

2) G.S.E Inc. must have a DSP-83 (End User's Certificate) signed by customer's government agency, or an import license from their country's government showing end-user and use. If the country does not issue an import permit, the applicant must provide the U. S. Office of Defense Trade controls with a written waiver from the foreign government. An import permit must be obtained in the foreign country, or from the country's embassy or nearest consulate office in the USA Regulations regarding the importing of AR15 (semi-auto) rifles, or their components, differ from one country to another. Please check with your local Government officials.

3) After receiving all necessary documentation, G.S.E Inc. can then apply for an export license from our Department of State.

4) Payments made by credit card will have a 4% credit card charge assessed. You may pay the total amount due by wire transfer directly to our bank. Wire transfer information will be supplied upon request.
